At It's a 10 Haircare, we want you to love your locks; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the contents remaining to be eligible.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
